*Update* Seller gave me copy of recent work done and it includes: New fuel filter, new impeller, new thermostat, new starter, new water pump, service on motor de-carbonized spark plugs, cleaned terminals and new ends on batteries, replaced access breakers. Engine found to have 341 hours on it.
Overall condition of boat is better than average for a boat of this model year. No major problems to report, just small fixes detailed below to make it perfect.
Engine diagnostic's and electrical issues were fixed a couple of weeks ago. Steering cable and housing were fixed March 2014.
Speakers are not currently working, helm cockpit lights not currently working, forward bilge pump needs to be replaced.
The trailer is in overall good shape. Axle was replaced in 2011, 3 new tires in 2012 at the same time they installed a new rim on the spare and both hubs were replaced. Trailer also has a new jack.
As you can see the boat is ready for the water. Fix a few small things here and there to make it perfect.
